These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://decomsolar.com (the “Site”), operated by Decom Solar LLC (“Decom Solar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Site is an informational and marketing website that provides information about Decom Solar’s solar decommissioning, removal, installation, and related services, and allows visitors to contact us and request quotes. The Site does not process orders, accept payments, or create customer accounts. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between Decom Solar and the customer.

The “Decom Solar” name and logo are trademarks of Decom Solar LLC.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication, requires our prior written permission.
When you submit information through a contact form, quote request, or other communication on the Site (a “Submission”), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
You grant Decom Solar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your Submission for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing services, and operating our business, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers or government identifiers) in Submissions through the Site.
Information on the Site about our services — including descriptions, capabilities, and pricing examples — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a binding offer. Any quote or estimate we provide in response to your inquiry is preliminary and subject to a site assessment, final scope of work, and a written agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline service for any lawful reason.

This Section 8 does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DECOM SOLAR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decom Solar and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Decom Solar. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 14, and 15 will survive any termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
