Roof Replacement Coordination

Construction planning: We coordinate directly with your roofing contractor to determine the most cost-effective construction strategy for your project.  All projects are unique, and site conditions dictate different approaches to consider for a recommissioning project. Through detailed planning, we minimize costs and maximize efficiencies for roofers and construction crews.

Code Compliance:  We work with the local permitting offices to understand permitting requirements and provide creative engineered solutions to avoid code upgrade requirements, which add significant costs to a recommissioning project. 

Roof Warranty Compliance:  We coordinate all manufacturer inspections and submit all paperwork necessary to ensure our work has no impact on your long-term roof warranty.

Roof Inspections:  Coordinate independent third-party roof inspections on all projects to make sure we are being held accountable for any roofing issues resulting from our construction efforts.
